            Description
                This study describes burnout for rural and urban family physicians before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. While burnout was a pervasive concern over the course of the pandemic, the rates of burnout were not statistically significant for rural versus urban family physicians. Findings highlight the importance of addressing the unique challenges of rural family physicians that contribute to burnout.
