Rural Health Research: Gateway's Top Three COUNTDOWN

The Rural Health Research Gateway is funded by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy with the primary purpose of sharing the work of the federally-funded Rural Health Research Centers. The annual website analytics offer a glimpse into the public's rural health research interests.

Between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022

  • 155,526 pages were viewed on the Gateway website
  • The Twitter page grew to 2,574 followers with 750 followers on Facebook.
  • The six rural health research webinars hosted by Gateway had a total of:
    • 952 total attendees
    • 1,034 views of archived recordings
    • 240 views of online PowerPoint presentations

Research products on Gateway include policy briefs, chartbooks, fact sheets, journal articles, infographics, and more. In the last year, 75 new rural health research products were added to the Gateway website!
