The Federal Office of Rural Health Policy funded six grantees through the Evidence-Based Telehealth Network Grant Program (EB TNGP) to implement and evaluate tele-emergency services in rural areas. The purpose of this project was to design study concepts whereby the EB TNGP grantees could collect data on a uniform set of measures to help establish the evidence base for tele-emergency.
