Concordance Between Social Needs Screening and Availability of Associated Programs in U.S. Hospitals

This study examines how well rural hospitals' social needs screening aligns with their programming. Rural Prospective Payment System hospitals showed greater alignment than Critical Access Hospitals, and hospitals in Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) showed greater alignment than those not in ACOs.
