Human Services Project: Health & Human Services Integration: Challenges and Opportunities for Rural Service Providers and Communities
The Rural Human Service Panel is focused on the importance of integrating service delivery, both within the human service delivery field and between health and human services. The Panel is undertaking a survey of federal grant programs that provide flexible funding to understand how projects attempt to integrate health and human services. Included in this work is a position statement on the importance of integrating services in rural human service delivery efforts.
